Gerard and Steven individually owned and operated successful general construction companies before partnering to form Goldridge. Goldridge Group was originally founded with two primary focuses, real estate development and general construction, because of this unique structure, Goldridge is multi-faceted in the services it is able to offer its customers.
Construction Services Division
Gerard and Steve have grown their company on the founding principle of building great relationships with their customers.
The construction services division – Goldridge Construction, Inc. – was incorporated in 1995. This allowed Gerard and Steve to become even more adept in the variety of building options they could offer to their customers, and expanded on their desire to not only build projects but to find creative solutions to their customers needs.
Company Growth
As their company has grown, Gerard and Steve have continued to choose construction projects that balance safety with innovation and opportunity. Although the size and scope of our projects have grown from fast food facilities and automatic car washes, to $5 million franchise lodging facilities and the $30 million Northernaire Condominium Resort, the founding principals in which we conduct business have not.
The result is Goldridge today, a company that finds creative solutions to meet their customer's needs and objectives, while continuing to grow based on the foundation principal of building great relationships with their customers.
